Sinocera adheres to the quality policy of "People-Oriented, Quality First, Continuous Innovation, and Customer Satisfaction." It aligns its corporate strategy with the quality management system and employs a comprehensive quality management approach. This approach encompasses the full process, overall elements, and the whole participation of all employees. It utilizes quality tools such as the Five Tools and QC's Seven Techniques, along with Danaher's Lean Toolbox CBS, to continuously eliminate waste in various business processes, establish competitive processes, and sustain improvements in safety, quality, lead time, cost, and innovation capabilities. The company introduces a framework of excellent performance evaluation criteria to regularly assess the process management and implements continuous improvement through the PDCA management mechanism. This results in the establishment of a quality management system that continuously empowers the organization.

Quality Management Framework

The company has established a Quality Management Committee consisting of external quality management experts, as well as quality responsible persons from the company group and its various subsidiaries. Through the Quality Management Committee platform, it systematically conducts quality strategic planning and implementation management, quality system development, evaluation and improvement, quality culture development, quality cost management, quality tool introduction, and application evaluation management, and the development of quality teams and the selection and hiring of core management personnel. It assists subsidiaries in certifying, evaluating, and managing key suppliers according to the requirements of the Quality Management Committee. Subsidiaries establish quality management systems based on the Quality Management Committee's requirements and ensure quality assurance, control, and improvement of products according to customer requirements.

Under the platform of the Quality Management Committee, the sharing of business experience and management resources has been achieved, ensuring the synergy and uniformity of business planning and execution.

  • Professional Analysis and Testing

    The company has established a top-notch testing center with excellent facilities and abundant technical resources. It has developed over twenty core testing technologies, covering areas such as full elemental analysis of inorganic materials, organic and composite material composition analysis, particle morphology characterization, internal structure and defect analysis, thermal properties, dielectric properties, mechanical properties, optical properties, and chemical property analysis. The company has created platforms for inorganic material testing, biomedical testing, and millimeter-wave testing.

    Equipment Capabilities: The laboratory covers an area of over ten mu/acres and has over 100 large-scale testing devices with assets valued at over 100 million RMB. These devices include imported equipment from Germany, Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Such as Bruker, Rigaku, Angilent and Malven Panalytical etc, we also constantly purchase some advanced domestic equipments according to new requirements and different applied fields, accommodate some  advanced testing and analytical equipment with X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers (XRF), Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometers (ICP), Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), Laser Particle Size Analyzers (PSA), Comprehensive Thermal Analyzers (TG-DSC), Thermal Conductivity Meters, X-Ray Diffraction Spectrometers (XRD), and 3D-Xray inspection equipment.

    Personnel Competence: we have hundreds of staffs in our laboratory, with nearly half holding bachelor's degrees or higher qualifications. Many are senior engineers and intermediate engineers. The company places great importance on building personnel's technical abilities and has received various honorary titles such as "Shandong Province Technical Experts," "Chief Technicians in Dongying Development Zone," and Other Technician Titles.

    Technical Competence:
    Basic Testing Technology: By developing testing methods and their standardizations The company has built up comprehensive elemental analysis capabilities for all elements and multiple states, including the ability to accurately and efficiently analyze over seventy elements in inorganic materials, as well as qualitative analysis of organic components. As for the powder material morphology characterization, the company can complete particle size analysis ranging from 10nm to millimeters using 5 different testing methods covering micro morphology SEM, Laser particle and nano-scale particle to achieve full dimentional analysis for morphology and particle size statistics. As for the physical characteristics the whole existing analyzers based on testing mechanisms for Specific Surface Area And Pore Size Distributions can meet the needs of all kinds of users. Our quickest flow rate method can provide test results within 10 minutes and long-term stability within 1% for Specific Surface Area items

    Material Analysis Technology: Utilizing characterization equipment and combining research on product processes, R&D, and applications, the company can perform reverse analysis of material processes and formulas, structural component failure analysis, and comprehensive analysis of foreign substances, foreign colors, and other quality assessment issues. This provides customers with guidance on R&D directions, resolution of customer complaints, quality stability problems, and other quality evaluation technical issues. 

    Performance Evaluation Technology: The company has established platforms for performance evaluation in areas such as thermal properties, electrical properties, slurry performance, dental materials, and MLCC applications. These platforms not only possess evaluation equipment for characteristics such as thermal conductivity, modification effectiveness, stability of dispersion systems, mechanical properties, optical properties, and chemical property analysis but also offer design capabilities from materials to devices.

    In 2020, the company obtained accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and in 2023, received accreditation for laboratory qualification (CMA). This signifies recognition at the national level for the company's product testing capabilities, with inspection/calibration data issued being acknowledged by the international community. Now we achieved realization of international integration in line with norms for the inspection/calibration quality systems. The laboratory has implemented online Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for full-process traceable management of testing business, enhancing testing quality and creating high-quality testing big data for scientific, accurate, and efficient testing services throughout the product production and R&D process.

    Comprehensive Application Evaluation Platform

    In fields such as electronic materials, biomedical, high-definition displays, the company has established biomedical application evaluation platforms, extrusion casting process application evaluation platforms, and high-definition display application evaluation platforms. The company has hundreds of processing equipment and testing equipment, with total fixed asset investment exceeding hundreds of millions RMB. Approximately 90% of the testing equipment is imported from abroad, featuring brands from Japan, the United States, Germany, the UK, and others. Processing equipment is often custom-made by leading domestic and foreign manufacturers to meet the needs of experimental preparation, such as slot die coater, doctor blade coater, laminator, puncher, cutter, polisher, isostatic press, dry press, and various sintering furnaces.

    Biomedical Application Evaluation Platform: this platform mainly evaluates the application performance of materials such as zirconia and alumina in biomedical ceramics, with rich experience in testing application properties for oral materials. The laboratory has established over 10 evaluation items based on national/international/industry standards. These items include aesthetic properties such as transparency, color, fluorescence; mechanical properties like bending strength, Vickers hardness, and fracture toughness; and biological properties like chemical solubility. Many of these evaluations have received CNAS accreditation. working with denture processing centers, the laboratory provides comprehensive analysis of for material-sintered ceramic block-denture evaluations, to address advanced testing and quality evaluation technical issues as well as quality evaluation key issues for new materials and evaluation technical issues for the simulations of actual application processes, in the biomedical industry, especially in oral materials.

    Extrusion Casting Process Application Evaluation Platform: this platform is capable of making 2μm 300-layer simulated MLCC (multilayer ceramic capacitors) and conducting tests for Capacitance,Loss,Insulation Resistance, Temperature Coefficient Of Capacitance (TCC), Temperature Coefficient Of Insulation Resistance (TCIR), and Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT). It can also perform extrusion/slot die casting preparation with thicknesses from 1μm to 300μm and produce qualified green ceramic sheets, which can be used for evaluation. Additionally, the platform also evaluates slurry formulation and its dispersion process, furthermore produces stable ceramic slurry and evaluates its properties.

    High-Definition Display Application Evaluation Platform: This platform primarily evaluates the application performance of dispersion systems of Zirconia, Titanium Dioxide, and Silicon Dioxide. It can prepare optical films of different thickness and conduct tests such as transmittance, haze, yellow index, pencil hardness, wear resistance, and uniformity of the film. By using UV adhesive formulation, it can prepare various types of adhesive systems for dispersion system evaluation.
